Sometimes we need to change the date of an event, usually for reasons outside of our control, for example if a player has club or TV commitments that have only come up since we arranged the event or if a Liverpool game has been moved and now clashes with our date. We do all we can to avoid these situations but sometimes we have no other option.


Can I have a refund if I am unable to make the new date?

Yes of course, whilst we would much rather see you at the show we understand it isn't always possible to make new arrangements. When we inform you of a change of date we send you a link to claim a refund - please complete this form. Please note: refunds will only be issued after the show has taken place.


Can I swap to another show if I am unable to make the new date?

This is usually possible, if tickets are still available for the new show. Please contact us with all the details of your current order and the details of the new show you would like to switch to, we will then let you know how to swap. If the new show is showing as sold out we may have some spare capacity, but we cannot guarantee this. If there is any balance to pay we will confirm this with you and let you know how to pay.


Why are refunds processed after the show?

Refunds can only be issued against unused tickets and therefore we will only be able to process them after the show, when we are able to check which tickets were used or unused. 


How long do refunds take?

If there are a large number of refunds to process it may take us some time to work through them all, we are a very small team and we do appreciate your patience. You should get an email from us (to the email account you used when placing your order) as soon as we have processed your refund - please check your spam folders. Once we have processed them and the money has left us, the time taken for the credit to reach you depends on a number of factors outside of our control. This time varies from bank to bank (often the money is with the customer's bank immediately but their systems hold onto it for a number of working days whilst checks are carried out) and also from card type to card type -  in some cases it can be up to 30 days, although it will usually be much sooner than this. All refunds should be with the customer within the timescales stated in the Terms and Conditions for ticket sales, as agreed to at the time of purchase.
