We cannot refund ticket orders, except where we announce the cancellation or postponement of a show, in which case all ticket holders will be contacted directly with instructions on how to claim a refund or request a swap to another event. 


Any refunds that are agreed to are for the tickets only and not for any other expenditure you may have made in relation to the event, for example hotel rooms or travel.


Once issued by us, refunds may take up to 30 days to reach the original account and, although it usually is much faster than this. The length of time from us authorising the refund to it reaching the original account is outside of our control.
