Where are my tickets?
We usually process all ticket orders within two working days of an order being placed, at which point you will receive an email with your tickets attached as a PDF file. Please print the tickets off and bring with you on the night.
If you haven’t received your tickets within the two working days – or if you need them sooner than that – please open a new support ticket using the link below. You can also use this link if you've lost your ticket email.
Before you contact us, please check your junk/spam folder as more often than not your tickets will be sitting in there!
Make sure you select "Missing Tickets" as the type when you fill this form in and provide as much information as possible, including the order number, as this will help us to answer your query far more quickly and get you your tickets without further delay.
We aim to respond to requests for missing tickets within one working day.
